Frameworkz Designs Pvt. Ltd. ("Frameworkz", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://frameworkz.com/, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Frameworkz Designs Pvt. Ltd. is an architecture and interior design consultancy based in Mumbai, India. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the forms on this website:

Call-back and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, the service you are enquiring about and your message.
Career application form: your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, your experience, your COA registration number where applicable, the CV you upload, a portfolio link if you give one, and your message.
Direct contact: anything you share when you email, call or message us, including on WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment details, government identity numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them to us through these forms.

3. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry or call you back
To understand your project and prepare a proposal
To assess your job application and contact you about it
To keep records of our dealings with you, as the law requires

We use your information only for the purpose you gave it for. We never sell personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.

4. Consent

We collect your information only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to business@frameworkz.com. If you withdraw it, we will stop using your information for that purpose, although we may then be unable to respond to your enquiry or application.

5. Who we share it with

Your information is seen by our own team members who need it to respond to you. We may also share it with:

Service providers who host this website and run our email, who process it only on our instructions
Analytics and advertising providers, if we introduce those cookies in future and only if you have accepted them (see section 8)
Authorities or courts, where the law requires us to

We never sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, under any circumstances. We also do not pass the details you enter in our forms to advertisers.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to five years after our last contact with you, as a record of our dealings and in case you approach us again
Job applications: up to three years if you are not selected, so we can consider you for later openings
Client records: for as long as tax, company and other laws require

After that we delete the information or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to people who need it for their work. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. At present this website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

In future we may add:

Analytics cookies, to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. We expect to use tools from Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel).
Advertising cookies, to measure how our advertisements perform and to show them to people who have visited this site. We advertise through Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, and would use their tools (Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag).

Before any of these are switched on, we will update this policy and show a cookie banner asking for your consent. They will be set only if you accept, the site will work in the same way if you decline, and you will be able to change your choice at any time. These tools are provided by Google, Meta and LinkedIn, which may process the information they collect on servers outside India under their own privacy policies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

9. Links to other services

This website links to our pages on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, to WhatsApp and to Google Maps. Those services are run by other companies under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

10. Your rights

Under Indian law you have the right to:

Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
Ask us to correct, complete or update it
Ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
Withdraw your consent
Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to
Raise a complaint with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response

To use any of these rights, write to business@frameworkz.com. For questions about a job application, you can also write to hr@frameworkz.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
